About You:

You are a proactive, customer-focused professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping clients succeed. You are dedicated to continuous improvement and are motivated to provide the best possible customer experience. While real estate experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. You have a strong understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service) and can easily build relationships with clients and internal teams.

You Will:

– Proactively drive adoption, net retention, and expansion revenue

– Collaborate with Account Executives to handle onboarding, training, and renewals, and work with Solutions Teams to ensure integration and website changes align with customer goals

– Develop relationships with clients and facilitate communication between customers and internal teams

– Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategize with clients to meet their evolving needs

– Provide personalized onboarding and training for new customers

– Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions

– Encourage satisfied clients to provide testimonials, case studies, or referrals that can be used to demonstrate our value and attract new clients

– Collaborate with Product teams to share customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improve overall customer success

You Have:

– A proven track record in customer success, account management, or a related field

– Strong understanding of SaaS and marketing best practices

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

– A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
