About the Role

SecurityScorecard is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing and Operations Manager with 2-4+ years of experience. This role will be a key member of the Revenue Marketing team and will be responsible for helping define and execute our digital strategy across our website, tech stack, and marketing operations functions. This role is an exciting opportunity to gain experience with best-in-class marketing technology like Marketo, WordPress, Salesforce, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Ops
    • Own the strategy and execution of our lead management process: Lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, list uploads, database best practices, and management.
    • Own the execution of our campaign operations: Manage all Marketo programs, and ensure email sends are set up properly for tracking across acquisition and lead lifecycle for all channels
    • Drive data best practices to ensure data integrity and data hygiene across Marketo and CRM (Salesforce.com).
    • Implement digital tracking best practices (UTMs, cookie tracking, GA4, etc) and possess a deep understanding of CRM and Marketing Automation integration flows.
    • Help improve existing marketing workflows, processes, and systems to enhance digital marketing efficiency and improve results.
  • Digital Marketing
    • Partner with the Revenue Marketing, Corporate Comms, and Content teams to set and measure our website KPIs (site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates, etc) and communicate them to the org.
    • Support the digital marketing strategy development, execution, performance measurement, and optimization.
    • Support the demand gen strategy for the corporate website with a focus on driving conversions, and improving engagement and visitor experience.
    • Work closely with the growth team to support our PLG acquisition efforts and understand user behavior, with a focus on pipeline generation of our free trial leads.


  • 2-4+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Extreme attention to detail to prevent issues from arising and great at troubleshooting and resolving quickly, if they do
  • Experience developing programs and optimizing digital channels to deliver demand and pipeline
  • Executes with urgency and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven and proficient in Google Analytics, Google Suite, Project Management tools (Asana), BI/reporting/visualization tools (Data studio, Looker), A/B testing tools, SEO/SEM tools, Marketo, and Salesforce
  • Ability to build a roadmap while executing on day-to-day projects
  • Passion and curiosity for digital marketing and marketing operations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Marketo and WordPress experience preferred (Marketo certification a plus)

The estimated salary range for this position is $135,000-150,000. Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
