The Role

We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our talented Marketing team on an interim basis for 12/13 months to drive marketing efforts across Veeva MedTech solutions.
You can make a real impact across many areas, including communications, demand generation, events, and digital marketing. If you are results-driven, resourceful, strive for excellence, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
You will be based in Europe and report to our Senior Director, Marketing, MedTech.

What You’ll Do

  • Own strategy, development, and execution of targeted marketing programs that include but are not limited to demand generation campaigns/nurtures, field events, user events, industry events/tradeshows, webinars, digital, and PR
  • Oversee and drive demand generation and field marketing plans to support revenue objectives of growing existing base and acquiring new customers
  • Work cross-functionally with product, strategy, sales, customer success, and other teams to develop and execute go-to-market programs
  • Craft account-level marketing plans for top strategic accounts
  • Understand complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers for pharma/life sciences purchasing
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target audiences, our solutions, and value propositions
  • Track and measure all marketing programs and optimize resources against objectives and budget

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in field marketing and demand generation, Enterprise Software / B2B Tech
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with several stakeholders, including sales, subject matter experts, services, and product marketing
  • Experience in building and executing go-to-market plans and integrated marketing programs by country or region
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership
  • Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative, and analytical
  • Be available to travel in Europe for events or internal meetings

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Pardot
  • Life sciences or SaaS experience is a plus
