What we’re looking for

We are seeking a GSD (get-sh*t-done) growth specialist to own innovative strategies that will put UENI in every American small business owner’s mind.

What we’re not looking for

If you ever said the words “I can’t solve this”, you might not be the right fit. Death and taxes being the exception here.

If your idea of innovation in marketing is a Facebook ad to download an eBook, you are not the right fit.

We don’t want vanilla. We want pure capsaicin.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement mind-blowing lead generation strategies, generating thousands of high-quality leads monthly.

  • Use growth hacks, automation, artificial intelligence and a smart combination of ideas & tools to acquire new customers

  • Collaborate with other teams to align marketing campaigns with UENI’s business objectives.

  • Hit monthly KPIs for acquisitions/sales

Job requirements

  • 3+ years SaaS marketing experience acquiring, activating, and monetizing business customers: you can point to specific things you have done with a clear commercial impact.

  • Fluent in English (native level)

  • Experience working with customers in the US market is mandatory

  • Experience working with small business clients is a big plus

  • You believe in acting like an owner

  • You have initiative, high energy, and are fun to work with
