Your mission as a Junior CRM Manager (m/f/d)

Appinio is looking for a Junior CRM Manager to support scaling our newly established global CRM function. Working closely with the Senior CRM and Lifecycle Marketing Manager, this role is pivotal in translating high-level strategy into tactical initiatives that maximize engagement and close rates of our prospects and retention of existing customers (NRR).

You will be at the center of developing our journeys and automation to new heights; helping to scale and optimize channels, drive innovation and experimentation across content and product marketing emails, and lifecycle initiatives to boost our growth across all markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at the early stages of defining CRM at Appinio.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting in delivering the engagement strategy for our prospects and customers
  • Planning, prioritizing, and executing content and lifecycle initiatives in line with team objectives
  • Leveraging data to improve targeting and end-to-end customer journey performance
  • Managing implementation and optimization of campaigns across multiple markets
  • Collaborating with local marketing teams to discover and unlock growth opportunities
  • Driving innovative ideas and solutions based on customer needs and business priorities

You will thrive in this role if

  • You have 2+ years of experience in CRM and email marketing
  • You are confident in creating emails and automated lifecycle journeys
  • You are data-driven and proactively seek new opportunities to drive growth
  • You are familiar with A/B testing methodologies and execution
  • You have a basic working knowledge of Hubspot or a similar ESP
  • You have experience working on a global scale, preferably in B2B
  • You are comfortable managing and delivering multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You have strong problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude, and a keen eye for detail
  • Most importantly you are curious and driven, eager to learn, and have an impact
