About the Role of Marketing Campaign Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic marketer to manage execution of Gremlin’s marketing plans. As Gremlin’s Marketing Programs Manager, your scope includes orchestration, executing and reporting of marketing campaigns and initiatives, introducing best practices, and optimizing performance towards KPIs and business objectives.

As Gremlin’s Marketing Campaign Manager, you will:

• Coordinate execution of Gremlin’s marketing programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external counterparts to execute programs and to ensure alignment and progress
• Work closely with sales and field marketing to ensure successful execution of marketing and lead generation strategies
• Deliver visibility and insights needed to align marketing activities with growth goals
• Track, measure and report program results, optimize results towards key objectives
• Advise on and manage budgets to maximize efficiency
• Continuously conduct research, provide recommendations, evaluate, introduce and implement various marketing initiatives

As Gremlin’s Marketing Campaign Manager, you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of marketing experience preferably in a growing B2B Tech startup
• Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills with the ability to get things done by influence
• Strong understanding and passion for all things marketing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A willingness to fail-forward, learn and grow
• Experience managing relationships with vendors and agencies
• Experience with marketing and reporting tech stack such as Marketo and Salesforce campaigns and reporting, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager
