XOi is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. As our Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing various marketing initiatives that contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in campaign planning, and help implement marketing activities across different channels. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, marketing, a dynamic and fast paced work environment, and eager to contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align with XOi’s strategic objectives
  • Coordinate and manage various marketing projects working cross-functionally, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets
  • Partner with Customer Success team to support client renewals, upsells, and account expansion through custom newsletters, email communication updates, webinars, and updating our Client Center website
  • Assist in content writing and development for marketing messaging to prospects and clients
  • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other promotional activities
  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content development and performance tracking
  • Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape analysis to contribute to persona development, new business use cases, and overall marketing strategy
  • Create and manage enablement and marketing materials including, but not limited to, presentations, training documents, case studies, and sales collateral
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using relevant tools and metrics
  • Work collaboratively with marketing vendors, such as our graphic designers, promotional company and event management company
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring timely execution of collaborative marketing efforts
  • Support in administrative tasks, scheduling and maintaining calendars

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or a related a field
  • 2+ years experience in marketing, preferably a technology or SaaS related company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Experience in/with multi-channel marketing using HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or a related marketing automation platform, developing digital content including email, social media, and website. Additionally, managing digital content marketing campaigns
  • Experienced with Salesforce and other CRM tools
  • Creative thinker and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to improve marketing campaigns
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
