Job Description

GrowthAssistant is looking for an Organic Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing organic social media strategies across various platforms. Your primary goal will be to grow and engage our brand’s audience through compelling content and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement organic social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
  2. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  3. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience to foster community growth.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align organic social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
  5. Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to continuously optimize strategies.
  6. Analyze performance metrics and insights to track the effectiveness of organic social media efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  7. Manage the social media content calendar, scheduling posts, and ensuring timely delivery of content.
  8. Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify organic reach and engagement.
  9. Monitor and report on competitors’ social media activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
  10. Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in managing organic social media accounts for brands or organizations.
  2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
  4. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  6. Knowledge of basic graphic design principles and photo/video editing tools is a plus.
  7. Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying abreast of industry trends.
