Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Paid Digital / Account-Based Marketing Manager to lead our paid media efforts and account-based marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns, with a focus on targeting key accounts in the B2B space.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, engagement, and demand for our data solutions and AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Digital Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive paid digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, conversions, and lead generation. Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
Lead the development and implementation of account-based marketing strategies to target and engage key accounts. Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts, develop personalized content, and execute campaigns to drive engagement.
Campaign Development:
Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages for paid digital campaigns. Develop and execute ABM campaigns that align with account-specific objectives and pain points.
Budget Management:
Manage the paid media budget effectively, optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROI. Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of paid campaigns. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to stakeholders.
Audience Targeting:
Utilize data and audience segmentation strategies to target specific buyer personas and accounts. Work with marketing analytics to refine audience targeting based on campaign performance.
Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content marketing, product marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment of messaging and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in paid digital marketing and account-based marketing, preferably in the technology or data services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social media platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
$100,000 – $125,000 a year
