Job Description

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ad campaigns. You will be tasked with creating, updating, and monitoring ad copy, keywords, bids, and other elements of a company’s online marketing strategy. The candidate will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of Facebook Ads campaigns. The candidate should be able to quickly assess an account, develop a strategy to improve results for the key metrics, and most importantly implement and improve on that strategy over time through testing. Paid Media Manager must be well-versed in digital marketing best practices.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and business line managers to manage the development of ad material.
  • Work with operations, sales partners, and analytics to develop campaign reporting and insights.
  • Create and maintain a testing calendar and document results.
  • Investigate performance result drivers on a daily basis.
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis asks from team with hyper-accuracy
  • Manage Airtable workflows
  • Manage day-to-day optimization of digital media advertising campaigns. (Facebook, Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Bing, etc).
  • Execute campaign setup, creative trafficking, and audience targeting strategy.
  • Buildout campaign UTMs and tagging to accurately measure performance.
  • Develop and implement optimization strategies.
  • Producing first drafts of weekly reporting on campaign performance (Highlights, Low Lights, Next Steps) for campaign and geo management

The Requirements:

Candidates must possess the following:

  • 2 + years experience with Paid Media (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with Tableau, Mode, and Snowflake
  •  Experience with Airtable (basic)

  • Focuses on day-to-day management of the client’s digital ad platforms like trafficking ads, monitoring and reporting out performance, proposing and executing tests and recommendations, etc.
