We seek an experienced Pinterest Social Media Manager to add to our growing team (remote OK!). Reporting to our Head of Audience Development, you’ll develop and implement the social media strategy for our lifestyle brands with an eye to engagement and growth.

You will:

  • Publish and create additional content by our Production teams and optimize it for Pinterest
  • Plan, implement, and monitor the social media strategy for several large lifestyle brands to increase audience size and engagement
  • Help support the development of content strategy and content calendars
  • Partner closely with the analytics team to understand post performance and goals
  • Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s social media strategy,
  • Create Pinterest Marketing Strategies, Keyword research
  • Review page/channel analytics and create reports on key metrics
  • Schedule approved social posts using publishing platforms and QA to ensure accuracy

You have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media community management, social media marketing, or content marketing
  • Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms – primarily Pinterest; IG, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and YouTube a plus
  • Strong familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, Excel, Pinterest Business Hub, (measure studio is a plus), and other communication tools and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Experience in Adobe Premiere is a strong plus
  • Highly developed communication skills — both verbal and written
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Presentation skills
  • Excellent project management skills, with an interest in working on multiple projects at once
  • Experience writing copy for brands on social platforms
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment
