What you’ll do

    • Ensure that all customers continue to get exceptional value from brightwheel and stay customers for a long time
    • Own renewal and retention goals for a portfolio of customers
    • Call, zoom, email and text our current customers to assess their engagement level with brightwheel, identify problems, drive resolutions, and ensure they are committed to staying on brightwheel
    • Act as the “voice of the customer,” identifying opportunities to improve our product and customer experience
    • Partner with  teams across brightwheel, including Sales, Support, and Customer Success

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities:

    • Experience in customer success,  account management/retention or sales
    • Proven track record of hitting/exceeding challenging goals.
    • Comfort with a high volume/velocity approach  (e.g., 50+ calls/day)
    • Exceptional skills identifying customer challenges / solutions and overcoming objections through tenacity, patience and endless empathy for our customers
    • Excellent communication, organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
    • High level of comfort with ambiguity – this is one of our newest teams and the role and goals will change over time
    • Preferred: Salesforce, basic excel /sheets, startup environment, early education
$23.08 – $23.08 an hour
Brightwheel is committed to internal pay equity and offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, equity, and benefits. In addition, our benefits package includes premium medical, dental, and vision benefits, generous paid parental leave, a flexible paid time off policy, a monthly wellness and productivity stipend, and a Learning & Development stipend.
For cash compensation, brightwheel sets standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. In addition to equity, our annual cash compensation for this role in all US-based locations is an overall on target earnings of $80,000 yearly. There is an hourly rate of $23.08 USD (which comes to $48,000 yearly at 40hr/week) with an additional variable of $32,000. Additionally, we include a competitive, uncapped commission plan.
