Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content Manager to lead our social media efforts and effectively communicate our brand story across digital channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the intersection of data, AI, and technology, with a proven track record of creating engaging and impactful social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with the company’s overall marketing and brand objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media content is aligned with product updates, industry trends, and key company messages.
Content Creation:
Create compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
Produce a mix of content types, including graphics, videos, infographics, and written posts, to effectively engage target audiences.
Brand Voice and Messaging:
Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
Craft and refine messaging that resonates with our target audience, highlighting the value of our data solutions and AI applications.
Community Engagement:
Actively monitor social media channels for industry trends, relevant conversations, and opportunities for engagement.
Foster and grow our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.
Campaigns and Promotions:
Collaborate with marketing and demand generation teams to develop and execute social media campaigns that support product launches, events, and other initiatives.
Leverage social media advertising tools to amplify the reach of key campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize social media analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media content and campaigns.
Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to inform future content strategy.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a social media content manager, preferably in the technology or data services industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Exceptional creative and storytelling skills. Proficient in graphic design tools and video editing software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to stay current with industry trends and adapt content strategy accordingly.
$75,000 – $100,000 a year
