We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst (Tableau) to assist with the development of our reporting/dashboards:

As a Data Analyst (Tableau) you will:

• Maintain and update on a regular basis Business Dashboards:

General Dashboards

PSP dashboard

Failed deposits dashboard

Marketing dashboard

Product performance dashboard

Sources dashboard

Churn Rate report

• Prepare custom at hoc reports and dashboards based on the business requirements
• Understand the current level and types of errors in the data
• Build forecasting models for financial data
• Setup funnels for the main processes: Registration process, Deposit process, game selection process
• Lead and manage BI project together with Development Team
• Make sure all data is accurate
• Data is up to date
• Data quality is understood, and levels of error are clear
• Provide regular Topline reporting to the Management
• Establish reporting and dashboards for the Acquisition team
• Establish reporting and dashboards for the CRM and Retention team
• Establish reporting and dashboards for the Customer Support team

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with demonstrated ability to build/create dashboards

Ability to work with and connect multiple, different data sources
Understanding and experience of SQL queries
Knowledge of other analytics tools and sources (Power BI,  Google Analytics etc) as well as understanding of e-commerce or iGaming is a great advantage
