YOUR MISSION
You are a self-driven individual who is willing to support receeve’s virtual working environment. The long-term goals for this positions are creating Confluence procedures & streamlining virtual Office Management processes.
This is a fully remote, part-time (25 hours per week) role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and schedule meetings (Board & Management Meetings) in collaboration with our local office support in Hamburg
- Co-organize logistics related to meetings taking place on-site in Hamburg
- Organize business trips for our CEO & CTO
- Request missing invoices from suppliers and submit these to the Finance department
- Be responsible for supplier management
- Be the main contact person for all our colleagues on topics related to office management
- Conduct research upon the manager’s request
- Assist within the onboarding and offboarding process (devices and documentation)
- Establish procedures as well as SOPs within the Office Management area
- Coordinate company-wide virtual team meetings
- Maintain online records of documents
- Prepare and organize reports as well as databases.
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 2 years of virtual assistant/office management experience
- Must have: Experience in a remote working environment
- Flexibility, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Organizational and time-management skills and well as willingness to learn on your own (especially IT-related aspects)
- Oral & written communication skills
- Tech-savvy
- Fluent English and German (this is non-negotiable).
