Job Description

The Marketing Lead is crucial for the success of the marketing team and CrewBloom’s growth. They must understand digital marketing principles and sales. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing activities like content creation, campaigns, website management, and analytics. Objectives are to achieve goals, expand digital presence, generate high-quality leads, and ensure efficient organization and reporting.

Job Responsibilities

Marketing Operations Enablement and Support (50%):

  • Support digital marketing activities for achieving performance KPIs.
  • Plan, create, and implement content across various digital channels
  • Explore and utilize new marketing and social media channels.
  • Generate regular reports on channel performance and social media analysis.
  • Expand CrewBloom’s digital presence and propose website improvements.

High-Performance Lead Generation (30%):

  • Conduct research and build contact lists of potential prospects.
  • Qualify leads using frameworks and promptly respond to outbound leads.
  • Implement email marketing and LinkedIn outreach strategies.
  • Perform A/B and multivariate testing for optimization.
  • Follow up with leads to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Manage B2B prospecting, collaborate with marketers, and ensure compliance.

Organization, Calendar, Drives, Folders, Trackers, Reports, and Dashboards (20%):

  • Maintain file organization and transfer ownership to marketing email and drive.
  • Implement Zero Inbox Method and utilize calendar blocking for efficient time management.
  • Analyze data using business intelligence tools and ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Manage suppression lists and create content spend reports.
  • Generate and submit reports to the Director of Marketing and Founders.

Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of marketing and digital marketing/social media experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Digital Marketing/Advertising Products.
  • Experience using cold outreach platforms, lead gen tools, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong experience in building email copy for sequences and one-off emails.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot tools for lead segmentation and engagement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

System Requirements

  • At least 15mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
    • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
