Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Design Assistant who will help our clients with their daily operations, business, and personal-related tasks. You will be working with an exciting startup organization of eager and young professionals who are hungry for growth and opportunities!

The Role

  • Design videos for ad sets, social, landing pages, etc.
  • Edit and iterate off existing creative assets (crop, resize, recut, text overlays, etc.)
  • Stitch and edit short video and GIF content for digital campaigns across channels
  • Clean up video transcripts and post them alongside videos on the site
  • Convert video transcripts to blog content using AI tools/ templates (provided by the client)
  • Post finalized/reviewed blog content to the website
  • Perform content research/idea generation for video topics
  • Build lists of potential video attendees and manage outreach
  • Strong attention to detail

The Requirements

  • 3+ years of video editing experience
  • Familiarity with Jasper / ChatGPT
  • Experience with Adobe Suite for video editing (After Effects and Premier Pro)
  • Must be able to follow branding standards for multiple brands
  • Must be open to working the graveyard shift
  • Must be able to communicate well in the English language

NICE-TO-HAVE:

  • Background in list building and outreach
  • Familiarity with GMail and Slack for team communication
