Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Shopify Front End Web Dev Assistant who will help our clients with their daily operations, business, and personal-related tasks. You will be working with an exciting startup organization of eager and young professionals who are hungry for growth and opportunities!

Salary Range:  PHP 50,000 – 85,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

CORE TASKS:

• Basic website design (layouts, mock-ups using Adobe)
• Build landing pages using templates – copy and creative provided by others
• Publish content on the website – client to provide content/creative
• Update the website, refresh content, and ensure backlinks are working, etc.
• QA website functionality and site merchandising according to brand standards – client to provide training/support

MUST-HAVE:

• 2+ years of experience using Shopify for web development projects
• 2+ years of experience using Adobe Creatives for web design projects
• Basic experience with web dev customization platforms
• Experience with Javascript and Liquid code (specifically for Shopify)

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Keyword optimization per client’s directives
• Targeted keyword research
• Webflow experience

GROW-INTO:

• Ability to troubleshoot errors on website (JavaScript)
• Train on JavaScript frameworks like Node/React for support in custom app development
